How can I lose 10 kgs in 10 days?

I am 65kgs and my ideal weight should be 50-60 I want to lose weight fast. And not gain it. I can't exercise too much cause I am always studying. Please help. I keep on giving up everytime I decide to lose weight. Now all I need is motivation and support. I need to lose weight and look good. Please help me.

The reason you need motivation and feel you need support from others is because losing weight is something which you see as lack lustre and no fun. You need a stronger emotion like a strong sense that you are doing the right thing or somehow doing this is going to pay dividends to be able to work through this dull and dusty weight loss thing. The problem is, if you convince yourself losing weight is going to make you look better, you must have some self confidence issue with your appearance. If you gain the weight again after losing it, you are therefore going to develop even more of an issue about the way you look. I gained weight when I was studying but lost it afterwards. Of course you could find a way of losing the weight which is easier and less challenging. It may be that you eat too many carbohydrates and too little protein so you eat and then get hungry again an hour later. Otherwise I would recommend something like attending weightwatchers where you can meet other women who are in the same situation, but also give each other mutual support which extends to self-confident issues. I wish you the best of luck, but do not give yourself too much to traffic in your head at the moment if you are busy studying. I tried to give up smoking when studying, and my work suffered. I then decided to wait until I was finished and settled in a job. Better idea. If losing weight can be enjoyable for you, then go ahead.

I am 14, 5'0, and weight 148 pounds. According to my BMI I am obese. What are some great exercises to lose weight. I know what foods are good to eat and not to eat because I eat pretty healthy. My goal is to be 110- 115 pounds and I plan on losing 6-8 pounds every month. I want to be healthy and live a healthy life. I am not doing this for anybody but myself because I want to feel better about myself and look much better in my clothes. Also what are some good exercises to get rid of stomach fat? my stomach is not too big or flat . It just bulges a little bit over my pants when I wear a belt. Legs: wall sits r perfect to get your legs strong. Start out by doing 20 second wall sits and then working your way up. Once u think u can take 2-3min try going with 1 leg! Another good exsersize is lunges. Do 20 rest 10 seconds and repeat 3times. Also squats with a squared back (google or youtube it) is goodCore: of course for core crunches r your best bet. But to get the extra flab gone try doing a pelvic tilt (google or youtube to see demonstration) and then crunching. These r real simple excersizes.
