How to Lose Weight Safely as a Diabetic

Recommended Answer:

It is possible. But you did lose 15 lbs. Sometimes, there is a plateau. Your doctor might have the answer. Usually they say that you need to take the Rx more than you need to lose the weight.

Other Answers:

  • Stimulates help you lose weight, it keeps the metabolism working hard and do does eating 8 small meals a day and it sounds like your doing good keep it up
  • iv'e heard stress can make you lose a lot of weight.. maybe as your taking them (less stressed) your body isn't losing weight faster than normal.. Some people lose weight quicker than other (people have a high metabolism or low metabolism) or these drugs are making you gain weight.. ask your prescription supplier of the side effects. Good luck!
  • effexor or no effexor, certainly doing the following exercise daily should help in losing weight : push up on knuckles (pressure points consists of knuckles of index finger and middle finger (2 knuckles) touching the floor), chin up with palm grip down, can be performed by grabbing the top of opened door put socks on each palm to provide softer grip and then lift urself up and down, squats

If a teen loses weight too fast, will they get flabby skin?

How to Lower Cortisol Levels and Lose Weight

Stretch marks are pretty much permanent, but as young as you are you probably won't wind up with flabby skin. At 14 you're also not quite done growing yet, so some of the weight will redistribute and you'll look more slender at 16, 18, 20 years old even if you're the same weight you are now (or want to be).And since you're still growing, you don't want to restrict calories TOO much, especially if you're planning to increase the amount of exercise you're doing. Burning 400 cals would require some pretty vigorous exercise. Aim for at least 1600-1800 minimum. If you work your body too hard on too little food then you'll put yourself into starvation mode, which messes up your metabolism and leaves you feeling pretty awful.

  • You won't have flabby skin. I highly doubt that. And 1200 calories is too little!!! Just eat HEALTHY! That's all you need! Eat healthy and exercise. Cheers!
  • My 17 year old daughter was eating around 400-700 calories a day. She lost 5.6lb in just over a week. She became anorexic. She went from 160lb to 100lb in a few months. She did not get any flabby skin or stretch marks.
