someone please help with secret diet tips ?

im not overweight but I do feel like I need to lose weight. Does anybody have any tips or secrets that can help me lose weight fast. I want to have my perfect body for summer time! thank you xox

It will help trick your brain into thinking you are not as hungry, and help you eat less.14) Physically eyeball everything you put on your plate, and don't eat in front of the TV. Doing so makes one zone, and much more likely to overeat as you aren't paying attention to what you put in your mouth. You're distracting your brain from receiving the "I'm full" signal before you get that I'm- gonna-burst feeling.15) Put your fork down between bites, and drink more liquids while you eat. It's simple science that most foods are absorbent, and since absorbent things expand, and you will fill more full, helping you eat less. Putting your fork down, and picking it back up multiple times will make you pay attention to how much you are chewing.16) DO NOT USE WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENTS!!! These artificially change your metabolism, which can create long-term health problems down the road. How to keep natural curls/waves without frizz?

I really like my natural hair the way it dries after a shower and is really wavy and has curls, but it is also tangled and usually messy because it hasn't been brushed. When I do brush it, it puffs out with frizz REALLY bad. I like my hair straight and I used to only straighten my frizzy hair, but now I try to leave it natural and not use heat. (Wrap my hair in a towel without roughing it, and leave it as such to dry. No blow dryers, curlers, or straighteners.) I really like my natural hair but I just wish I could enhance the curls and find a way to fix the slightly messy fly-always from my curls without losing them. And wide tooth combs also puff out my hair and make me lose my curls. I like my hair but I'm usually a bit sel conscious about the fact I don't brush it and so i put it up instead, and id like to start wearing it down. It's pretty long too, if that's a factor to consider. Any ideas please?

  • When wet put mousse in your hair and let dry. It may not look exactly the same. But close to it. It wont frizz up if you find the right mousse.
  • Garnier smoothing milk fixes frizz and makes your hair super soft, but it doesn't help define curls at all.The Herbal Essences mousse defines curls and keeps them smooth and frizz-free, I just don't like how sticky/stiff it makes my hair.Both of these are pretty cheap. Above all, don't touch your hair! That makes it frizzier than humidity.
  • You can get a keratin smoothing treatment. It's safe for your type of hair (ask a stylist just in case) and it loosens up your curls and makes them soft and shiny. Keratin is a protein so no harsh effects like with relaxers or perms. It's really recommended and you can get a home kit online called Cocoa Keratin hair smoothing treatment, it comes with keratin shampoo and conditioner too. If I were you I would buy it and take it to a salon to get it applied, unless you already have experience with keratin treatments.

  • I know you want natural curls, but I actually enhance my natural curly hair with my karmin g3 clipless curling iron. I highly recommend you do the same, since I grab random crazy curls and curl them with it. I end up looking pretty good so try it out!
