How to Calculate Calorie Intake to Lose Weight

Hmm.. I would say to eat healthy, less portions of what you are eating now, 6 small meals a day, eat a lot of fruit and veggies and work out. But from my experience it's pretty hard! I tried things the "quick way" but they didn't work. There's no such thing as the "quick way" (unless you can control your hunger pains). I found the best way for me to lose belly fat was to walk to & from school. I stopped eating sweet food but still drank soft drinks and still ate junk food. I never eat breakfast, but for lunch I'd eat something small & healthy. For dinner I ate whatever my parents made. A couple of days a week I'd do push ups, crunches & sit ups (probably only about 10 minutes work). The total of my everyday walking took about 2 hours. Within 3 months I lost 15 kgs. Not only is my belly flat, but my legs are much thinner, my arms no longer have flabby wings, I feel lighter, I can now see my bones plus I've gone down a couple of sizes!I hope that helps. Goodluck!

How to lose weight fast?

I gained almost 10 lbs overnight and I want to lose it. I'm 5'3" and currently 105 lbs but I used to be 97 lbs yesterday? What's going on with my body? How do I lose it and I already eat healthy. Please don't give me bs about this because that's my usual weight and I feel pretty confident with the weight I was before.

How to Break a Weight Loss Plateau

Water weight and food weight. Serious. Don't weigh yourself like a day or a night.Heck I weighed myself. 135. I ate a meal. I became 139. I urinated. Went down 137. I slept, urinated first thing in the morning I weighed myself. 135 again.See weight fluctuates so much depending on your hydration level, and what's in your stomach.I really don't give a crap on my weight besides checking in every one day a week, just for guidance. Because once a week every same time is all you need. Weight loss or gain happens WEEKLY remember that. You can even google it.I'd rather base my progress by looking in the mirror. Seriously. If you wanna lose weight quickly, eat less than what you eat now, eat whole foods and avoid sodium. Sodium increases water retention so if you don't take salt, you'll lose water weight which is a good 2-4lbs.Exercise. Exercise in any way. Keep these things in mind. You'll lose it.Good luck.

  • If the weight was gained that quickly, then it's likely all water weight. I wouldn't worry about it really. Drink LOTS of water (8+ cups) to help your body flush out its reserves. If you'd like a strategy for changing your diet to aid in this process, cut out all the carbs you can and amp up how much protein you eat. Be careful with protein bars/shakes though, as a lot of those have crazy amounts of carbs.
