What to eat late at night when your drunk?

I want a healthy snack to eat when I'm drunk and my buzz is wearing off before bed I don't want junk because ill gain weight. Thanks!

I am 15 years old and hoping to start doing yoga and aerobics every day and I want to know if they help you lose weight. If so in how many weeks could I see results I know is different for everybody but I want to know an approximate. Do you have any helpful tips to get me started.
