Don't fall for 'targetted' weight loss stuff. Fat distribution is genetic, not environmentally dictated. Belly fat and leg fat are there because that is where your body stores fat naturally as a woman. Exercusing abs or legs specifically won't matter. You need to address your entire metabolism is lose fat in GENERAL and eventually it will decrease in those areas. This means you need to simply lose fat everywhere...anyone who says otherwise is lying or they are talking about mechanical liposuction, either way don't listen to that.Simple solution : Calories in < Calories out.Lift some weights and do some cardio to maintain muscle and to help, but otherwise you need to eat less. This means eat HEALTHY too. If you eat a small amount of healthy things you will get all the nutrituion you need but with less calories. Example: Eat a healthy salad with breast chicken you get protein and vitamins and fiber for a few hundred calories OR eat 5000 calories of McDonalds and get NO nutrition...Summary : cardio and weight training (50/50) everyday rigorous for at least 30 minutes, eat much less than you do now but eat healther. You will see benefits soon if you maintain this lifestyle.Iol I have a feeling the person above me thumbed me down, who else would disagree with this advice? It's pretty helpful advice to a healthy lifestyle from 1st hand experience and from a lot of reserach i've done. At least I'm not trying to sell some miracle bs weight-loss product on Y!A...NO Keenan, it is NOT possible to locally burn fat by preferentially working out one body part. Fat storage is hormonally driven! You can do crunches 'till the cows come home but you won't have a 6 pack abs without actually burning off the calories through your metabolic processes! I can't believe you call yourself a trainer and don't have basic biological knowledge of the human body. Unbelievable. Fat distribution is also genetically driven, notice a difference between men and women? Do men have less fat on their butts because they run more?!?!?!!?!?!?? USE YOUR BRAIN. You can't spell either, where you get certified? And you have a 3% answer rating I have 24%....I have more credibility and anyone who researches the topic will come to realize what I am saying is accurate. Stop distributing false information and go learn something about human metabolism. If you want to believe the easy answer, go ahead. But unfortunately, the reality is that your body composition is dependent on your entire lifestyle, not how much you choose to move one specific body part everyday. People love to believe the easy answers.Other Answers:

- Dont listen to some of the things below that people said. Target the places you want to loose fat, because it is possible. You just have to e willing to put in the work. For a full leg workout you should be doing all cardio leg exercises. Im talkin mountain climbers, wall sits, gorilla jumps, running, climb overs, stand ups, etc. 4 sets of 12 for each of those i guarantee you'll see results within a month in your legs.ale sure you mix up the exercises daily so your body doesn't memorize the exercises. You want it to be just as hard as day one. The more it herts the quicker and better results you'll see. The abs will honestly come with better diet and a crap load of crunches, bicycle runs, sit ups, 9inches etc. but you have to loose the fat first. As for diet you can look up good diets that are within 1500 calories. But dont starve yourself. Hope this helps :)
