I've hit a dead zone with my weight loss, I can't lose anymore?

So at the beginning of this Summer, I weighed 270, and I have been going to the gym every weekday and now I weigh 246.My weight is staying at 246-248 and It doesn't seem to want to go down anymore.Also, I am lifting weights an running at the gym. I really want to tone myself, an especially get rid of my man boobs.Any tips there on what to eat, drink, and what exercises to do?Thanks!Oh an by the way, I am a pretty well size built guy. I am 6'2 and I have broad shoulders. I just want to tone my body is all.

Weight/fat loss is 70 - 80% diet, and the rest exercise...so if you are doing plenty of exercise (and keeping it varied so your body doesn't adapt to it) then focus on your diet...what are you eating???Look up 'clean eating" and if you aren't already eating in that manner, then make that lifestyle change...basically it means cutting out as much processed food as you can...
