I want to swim without using my arms or legs or anything and not burn any calroeis (I need them)?

basically is there any method of swimming that doesn't involve using your arms, legs, or back? I'm trying to gain weight but also like being in the water and I can't use floats because I'm allergic to latex and pollen so I can only use my body but not those body parts that i listed earlier.
