How to lose 95 by may ?

I weigh 230 . I Want to lose weight and change my life style . With out going to gym and buying supplements . They say its 80% eating healthy and 20 % exercise . Please any tips . Affer i 85 pounds i will start going to the gym to get toned and wid of access fat .
