I cant meet my daily calorie requirement?

I have a calorie requirement of 2,500 and if I'm trying to lose weight its supposed to be like 1,900. But I honestly can't meet it, I've tried and the highest I've ever gotten was 900calories but I felt really full and gross. So, why can't I meet it? I eat healthy stuff and count everything and try to make sure I eat 3 times a day but even when I do my calorie intake is still to low. How do I meet my calorie intake without feeling too full?I honestly wouldn't be worried about it but I heard its hard to lose weight if your not in taking enough calories. Does this make sense to anyone?Let me know your suggestions, questions?

How to Lose Weight Without Eating Healthy

Recommended Answer:

Well if its one thing I know it's diet and fitness. First of all if you are trying to lose weight you shouldn't be eating 1900 calories or 2500 a day. Follow these steps and you will lose weight believe me.1. Only drink water2. Only eat vegetables and LEAN meat3. Walk one hour in the morning and one in the evening. Or you could jog, just don't starve yourself. You can go to the supermarket and buy a bag of celery, carrots, and cucumbers. That's alot of food. Also cans of tuna are like 99 cents. I know it's tough but I have lost 18lb in about 3 and a half weeks, I also jog and weight train so if night take a little longer for you but it will work. Thanks for answering my question, you said I had abs lol. Those weren't abs, it just looks like it because ths picture was taken at an angle. But thanks for the compliment lol. Good luck.
