Why do so many women get breast implants?

I'm a female, and I don't understand why so many women get breast implants. Like if you have smaller boobs, then live with it, and love it. Don't be fake.

Some women get them because of mastectomies. As for others, we all have something we don't like about our body. But some have the means to change that instead of accepting it. Then there are some women who have always liked there body, but for example,extreme weight loss or having children has changed their body, so they want that confidence back.

Some woman that lift weights get breast implants because with all of that exercising they lose a lot of fat from their breast making them become flat chested. Some people genetically have saggy boobs and have the want o have bigger breast. I feel that you should love your body in any shape or form because its beautiful. But not everyone thinks that way.
