How can I get a big butt but toned theighs?

I've been doing squats everyday and I do about 40 a day. I want to look like I lost weight and have toned theighs and stomach but I also what to have a nice bum. Any ideas on what I should do? Different work outs videos? My friend has been using this power protein drink and lost 4 pounds in a week, should I try that with butt exercises?

Is 1200 calorie diet okay?

I'm 16 and just on a but of a height of 5'2 and I weigh around 125 lbs. I recently downloaded myfitnesspal app and they gave me a diet of 1200 calories. I don't know much about diet and weight loss so I'm just going with the flow and not eating over 1200 calories. But I still eat some bad things like hash browns or candy lmao. And I don't really exercise. Any advice? Will this diet really help me lose some weight? I want to be 110 or 115 :/ I only drink water and juices btw

Well the candy and hash browns might not be the greatest lol but once in a while it is okay but watch your portions. This goes for most junk food. Lots of water can flush toxins out of your system which can help lose weight. Juice has sugar which can convert to fat as well, might be difficult to lose weight. Protein and fiber helps fill you up faster and longer which can prevent you from over eating so your not as hungry. If you feel like you wanna eat cuz your bored do not eat. This was a big problem for me to lose weight. Instead drink a glass of water or go for a walk or something that will get you doing something. Theres online calculators that measure your resting metabolic rate (rmr) which calculates how much your body burns calories if you were to sit and do nothing like lay in bed all day and ex. Say you burn 1200 calories rmr, that means thats how many calories you need for your body to function properly. If you consume more than that without burning it off it can cause weight gain. If you starve yourself you could put your body in starvation mode so your body will turn all its energy to fat to 'survive' which can make weight loss hard. As for exercise.. If you wanna burn fat a d muscle then exercise in the morning because thats when your metabolism is at its highest. You gain muscle more in the evening. Muscle burns fat over time too.
