How to build definition in arms and burn stomach fat?

I know it seems like a handful to answer lol. I just need to know some exercises to burn off arm fat and bring out definition and also to flatten my stomach and bring out my six pack. I have a good gut that I need to get rid of. I'm also 15 y/o (6ft 180lbs). I work out everyday playing basketball or swimming and other other days weight lifting. Also if it's fine to show my limited calorie intake in order to lose weight. Thnx!
