- Well, obviously the first step is having a balanced diet. eat fruit veggies nuts and drink only water. for exercise, try 1-2 minute planks, and do "bicycle" exercise where you lay on your back and bring your left knee to your right elbow and right knee to your left elbow with your hands behind your back, also do regular situps,leg lifts, etc. As you keep doing these do lower reps if you dont want a full six pack, and keep doing thinks like, running biking and hiking.
