How do you tell if you've achieved afterburn, or if your bodys gone into EPOC?

So my primary workouts are hiit training and circuit training. These workouts are a fast alternation of anarobic cardio, bodyweight training, and light resistance with dumbbells. This style of exercise has done wonders for me over the past couple of months. I heard beacause it achieves the afterburn effect, or E.P.O.C. And I believe it does because at the end of my workouts I am exhausted and dripping with sweat after an intense 20 minutes of circuit training, and It burns a lot of fat.So my question is, is there a specific indicator of when you've achived EPOC?This is my routine for reference. I go through as it as fast as I can, as many times as I can20 second sprint in place6 core pushups10 Squat jumps6 Spiderman Pushups20 second mountain climber8 heavy pants10 Burpees10 Curls 1 minute plankRepeat as many times as I can. My heart rate stays elevated the whole time throughout. Also I'm on a high protein diet caloric defecit because i'm cutting.

Holy Buzzwords Batman, that was like trying to read a Cell Tech bottle. I am familiar with the EPOC thing, and I am not aware of any clear indications that you have reached it. Sucks, but thems the breaks. The routine looks like an asskicker, for sure. If I can make a suggestion though, get rid of the curls and the plank at the end of it. Replace the curls with some pullups, whenever possible use a compound movement over a isolation exercise. As for the planks... I have never understood how just laying there is exercise. Maybe this is the Soldier in me coming out, but if you are in the front leaning rest you might as well do some pushups.
