First of all:Forget the pounds and calories, it will be a lot easier that way.If you are heavier then 100kg/200pounds you are heavy, dont change your style of eating.Just exercise to lose weigth. If you are not heavier then 50kg/100pounds, you dont have to eat more, you just have to replace salads with something like burgers for a while. It depends on your age what your perfect weight is.I dont know your age so i cant make an accurate decision. It doesnt matter what your age is, 60kg/120pounds is very light. If someone says your fat, ask your doctor if you should lose weight or not.If not, ignore the person the next time he says your fat.If i lose weight will i be able to maintain it this way?

I am going to lose 20 pounds in 2 months by eating a 778 calorie deficit or 822 calories a day. So when I lose the weight, do I just find out how many calories I need to maintain that weight by bmr plus daily activity and eat that much. or do I have to always eat 822 to stay the same? but wouldn't that make me lose more weight? pretty much if after I lose 20 pounds if I eat the amount of calories needed to maintain it even if it is more than what I was eating to lose it will I gain it back? Thanks!I am 16 and 50 kg/110 pounds and 4'11"
