Weight Loss Tips Anybody? (10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER)?

m 15 years old; I turn 16 in three weeks.I'm a girl. I'm five feet tall (barley) and I used to fit perfectly into a size 0 about two years back. Now I'm a size half or a size 1 depending.Call me insane for wanting to lose weight, but I look HUGE. Fat. Thick. Whatever you want to call it. I want to flatten my stomach and trim my waistline some.I was 125lbs the last time I went to the doctor, but I was getting my period the next day so some of it was water weight. Water weight is 3-5 lbs, usually for me it's more.I don't know how much I currently weigh because last year my family flipped (I went two, three days without eating at times) and so the Doc wanted me to see the psych for anorexia (but my weight was completely average, 115 lbs) but instead of taking me my mum tossed out the scale.NO. I am not anorexic. My weight is average but I haven't checked my weight in so long it scares me. I completely terrified that I might have gained a lot of weight.I run for about 30 minutes on my elliptical whenever I can (5 days a week) and then do some toning exercise. Crunches, squats, bicycle crunches, leg lifts. It add up to about 40-50 minutes total a day.Sometimes I'm able to get away with just some coffee and not eating the rest of the day. (110 calorie coffee) I know coffee is bad for when your dieting but I'm in 10th grade with piles of homework every night. When I'm finally able to go to bed I can't fall asleep because of stress,depression, etc. I think I have insomnia. So, yeah, I NEED coffee to make it through the day.I'm always on a diet, but at times I end up binging. Like today I didn't eat anything all day and then BAM. I binged. 4 slices of jalapeno pizza. About 850 calories.I'm hoping to get thinner by my bday next month .I just really want to lose weight.I could use any tips please on how to avoid binging. And sugar. I'm trying to gradually cut out ALL sugar aside from coffee. (I've been able to get rid of cake, cookies, ice cream...)Any tips will be appreciated. How long will it take me hit 100 lbs and how? Should I increase how much I run on my elliptical or regular exercises. Best answer 10 points. :)

First off great exercise routine, exercise is great(try to stay away from ellipticals, they look all fancy and stuff but your using alot of momentum. stick to a treadmill). However excercise is no where near as important as diet. What really scares me is how you sometimes dont eat anything but coffee the whole day! you need to eat to keep your metabolism going. I know it sounds crazy, eat and loose weight but when you dont eat what you need to eat then binge your body holds on to everything you eat because your body doesnt know when its going to be starved again. bad eating habits also lead to a bad sleep cycle. So, first off eat breakfast. your body has been starved all night so jumpstart your metabolism by eating a healthy breakfast. simple cereal wil do. As long as you stay away from toxic and processed foods you should be ok. try to eat a meal every 3-4 hours to keep your body constantly burning calories. if you just excercise, eat around 1800 calories of healthier foods each day and try to get some rest you should loose some fat. good luck and remember its not important what you look like on the outside and girls who are extremely skinny are gross. Internal beauty and a smart girl is the perfect girl no matter what.
