As long as you stay away from toxic and processed foods you should be ok. try to eat a meal every 3-4 hours to keep your body constantly burning calories. if you just excercise, eat around 1800 calories of healthier foods each day and try to get some rest you should loose some fat. good luck and remember its not important what you look like on the outside and girls who are extremely skinny are gross.
