What are great exercises for a teenage girl to lose weight?

I am 14, 5'0, and weight 148 pounds. According to my BMI I am obese. What are some great exercises to lose weight. I know what foods are good to eat and not to eat because I eat pretty healthy. I just want to know some different exercises I can do that work and are quick. I am planning to lose weight during the school year well really before new year. My goal is to be 110- 115 pounds and I plan on losing 6-8 pounds every month. I want to be healthy and live a healthy life. I am not doing this for anybody but myself because I want to feel better about myself and look much better in my clothes. Also what are some good exercises to get rid of stomach fat? my stomach is not too big or flat . It just bulges a little bit over my pants when I wear a belt. Can you also tell me ways to prevent stretch marks/get rid of new ones that way I know. Thanks!please give me answer and not website. and what has worked for you.

Legs: wall sits r perfect to get your legs strong. Start out by doing 20 second wall sits and then working your way up. Once u think u can take 2-3min try going with 1 leg! Another good exsersize is lunges. Do 20 rest 10 seconds and repeat 3times. Also squats with a squared back (google or youtube it) is goodCore: of course for core crunches r your best bet. But to get the extra flab gone try doing a pelvic tilt (google or youtube to see demonstration) and then crunching. These r real simple excersizes. But if u really want to get in shape try aerobic workouts like running and swimming! Hope I helped!!!
