What's the best workout to lose weight?

I am a 17 year old guy, I weigh about 230 lbs, and yes some of it is muscle lol..I do a martial arts called Taekwondo, and I do it about 2 or 3 times a week, and we have a good workout and stuff..I also know I need to eat better........But, are there any good workouts I can do at home to help lose weight??My goal is to lose at least 30 lbs before the end of the year.
