Hi Alex!!! Well I think I've got some good news for you. Crunches actually do not get rid of fat on your belly! They build the muscle underneath, but the fat WILL stay there if you're just doing crunches. In order to get rid of that extra fat,You HAVE to do cardio. Run. Swim. Bike. Dance. Cardio is the only way to burn off that fat. Also, you lose fat equally in all areas of your body. So you can't isolate your belly and just choose to lose that. So yes: cardio will get rid of that belly! Not crunches! (However crunches will build your abs and make them bigger & stronger. You can look up alternatives to crunches if you're looking for building your abs a little as well.)Other Answers:
