Okay, so my older brother bet me that if I lose 25 pounds by November 1st, I get $100 bucks. If he gets 25 then I pay him $100. How can I do this?!?! I want to get in better shape, but right now I have a hurt knee and can't walk very well, an will have surgery in the next couple weeks. I want to make sure I don't put on weight like my last surgery. I work out so I can eat. I love food, haha. So how can I do this?Oh, and about my knee, I twisted it at volleyball and need to get surgery by the end if September to fix a few ligaments. I know that weight loss can be possible with just diet. I'm not going to be very active on crutches lol, so any tips on how I can still achieve my goals without intesly working out? Thanks!
