How can I get some more meat on my bones?

I'm skinny. Not too skinny, I don't look like a holocaust victim, but I am thin. I'm 5'4 and I weigh 120. My butt is kind of big for my frame, but I want it bigger. I'm 17 years old and I wear an A cup. I hate it. I want boobs. I want thick thighs. Not jiggly ones, but thick toned thighs. My body is very toned all over. I don't want to lose that but I want to be thicker. Not fatter. Thick. I'm not sure how to gain weight, or make that weight look good. Any suggestions?
