I'm male, 20, 40 bmi. I'm working on dropping the pounds. Have little money for good food, if I can I would like to get on keto. I'm a novice when it comes to exercise. I have a treadmill in my house that I try walk a mile 3-4 times a week. I also have weight bench, dumbells, etc. I don't know how often you're supposed to lift. I know the few basic exercises you can do with those weights. I pushed myself yesterday and today my whole upper body is sore. Today I pushed myself on the treadmill so I expect to be sore tomorrow.
