- the only thing i can see is Cardio. 30 minutes a day. Drink plenty of water. take out some carbs in your diet. when i say cardio i mean jogging/running, biking, etc. Activities that make you move a lot for a long period of time. The best cardio that worked for me was Interval training. Search it up, i did 27-30 minutes of interval training, 30seconds of walking and 2 minutes of jogging, there are many types of it. hope this helped.
