So a little less then 6 months ago I tore my Acl, sprained my mcl and lcl and have tears in both my meniscus's. I was planning on loosing some weight this summer but because of my knee i am unable to run without causing more damage. So i am wondering if anyone could provided me with some tips and or ideas that would allow me to achieve my fitness goals before my surgery in 3 months. Thanks you
