I'm trying to chart out my calories burned daily versus what I take in. I work in a store, processing stock to go to shelves. Six hours of my job a day is either standing or slow walking, while picking up and setting down boxes a lot.Two hours of my job however are unloading said boxes from a tractor trailer, which consists of picking up 700+ boxes every hour that weight between 20 - 50 pound while standing in one spot but bending and turning constantly. I've been drinking alcohol since I was 19. I drank for about two years. I quit for about two years following that but started again. Obviously to pass a judgement like that you must know a lot about it. Even if they did train a year or two in it, it is hardly enough time to judge a whole style just because they are not getting it, but you don't tell them that. Should i get back on my antidepressants?

I am a 19 year old female. In 2010 i was diagnosed with depression. My doctor had me on Prozac 40 mg a day. In June of 2012 i stopped taking because i moved out of state and didn't know where my nearest pharmacy was, and i thought i was starting life over so i could do without the prescription. I was doing okay. But lately I've been Moody. I'll be angry all the time, or things that shouldn't upset will put me in tears. I'm physically exhausted but can't sleep. I have a little appetite and I'm on my feet 8 hours a day yet im gaining weight. And i really don't want to be alone. When my boyfriend leaves for school i feel like a toddler. I want to throw a fit. I don't of course but i get all anxious, and sad, and nearly cry. I have migraines which haven't bothered me the past year. But I've had them pretty frequently for the past 3 months. I feel like my depression is creeping up on me, but i just don't like the thought of going back on antidepressants. I don't like my job, that's the only stress i have. Any medical input would be appreciated.
