I only like stand abs workouts, I hate doing floor workouts, to me they are so boring. When I workout every where hurts but my abs. I know you can't spot reduce but do you have to do abs workout to help lose belly fat?

No, in fact, ab workouts do NOTHING. They hurt because you are building the muscle underneath. But that's all it does, maybe even making your stomach look a bit bigger because the muscle is building underneath. That's why they're called ab workouts. If you don't like floor workouts, I advise you to go running on a treadmill or outside. Or there are also workouts that dobt involve the floor and you can look up routiines for that as well. (: When you work out though, drink TONS of water. You want your body on water weight. Of course, still eat just don't eat a lot of junk.
