have you worked at apple or know someone who has worked. there dont answer questions you really dont know the answer to.anyway im a nice person so ill answer your question.you need a 500 calorie deficit to lose weight the healthy way and your chances of keeping it off are good.im 5'7 and 125 lbs. i eat about 1400 calories a day and i exercise so i eat about 3oo more calories when i exercise because i just want to manintain my weight ;)start of by cutting 500 calories a day you can do this by eating 250 calories less everyday and exercising at least an hour to burn of the extra 250 it may not seem like a lot but do it this way and it will be easier to stay on track. ;)you will lose about 1 lbs a week

If ud like to tone up a little, the key, i say this to every diet nut..Unless u have a specic health condition (diabetes, hypo/hyper glycemia, etc.) All u have to do is cut out raw white sugar.
