How to Help Lose Weight Fast On A Cheap Budget
Recommended Answer:
That sounds like a good diet until you get to the dinner part. You should just eat a regular portioned dinner with a vegetable. You will get worn out of starving yourself and start over eating, trust me. Plus your body will go into starvation mode if you don't continuously eat small meals/snacks through out the day. It's better to build a fast metabolism because that's how you will lose weight fast. I lost about 22 lbs in 2 months because I ate a healthy portioned meal and not starving myself. Don't burn yourself out.Other Answers:
- Totally agree with Girl , best answer!
- I don't think that's enough nutrition for working out 9 hours a week, you will probaly lose alot of weight but some of its going to be muscle if your body gets rid of what your eating and your fat reserves
- Itshard to calculate how much a person will lose because everyones differen your metabolism could bs higher or lower so it ciuld be faster at burning fat or lower but as far as your plan it sounds good if you keep doing it youll definately lose fat and weight listen dont worry about your weight bodyweight fluctuates. Up to ten pounds gauge your progress by looking at your stomachvin the mirror cause youll see the results or you can measure hohr bod fat percntage do not measure your progress by weight good luck
- Remember the key to losing weight is a combination of the foods you eat, motivation and exercise. If you are noticing no dramatic weight change it is that your muscles are developing and growing larger, hence larger mass. You should most definitely be encompassing a training program as I believe your level of exercise is un-co-ordinated. You must consider training principles when designing a training program. Progressive overload (a training program) is not encompassed in your training, this means you will stay on the same level of fitness and will not improve. By including progressive overload you can increase our fitness. Please email myself or post another question if you would like a personal training program designed for yourself. It will include training methods, training principles and components of fitness.Hope this assists you. And t answer you final question I believe you would lose around 10-25kg.
- You are already within your ideal weight for your height. Also, the recommended daily caloric intake for an active 21-year-old woman (such as yourself) is 2,400. The diet you are suggesting is well under 1,000. This is unhealthy. You should not be trying to lose more than 1.5 pounds per week.
