What machines are best at the gym for burning fat besides the treadmill?

What machines are best to use besides the treadmill to burn fat and cardio. I already use the treadmill but I want to incorporate other machines. I want to lose 50 pounds and then start toning. Also, is it bad if you work hard but don't sweat? My gym is always so cold and I find it hard to break a sweat. (Btw, I am dieting so I know that's apart of losing weight)

So.. I weigh 250 pounds (about) and its the begining of August. How can I lose weigh fast? Like maybe hard core work outs and stuff. I wanna be at least 220-200 pounds before September? How to know if im hypoglycemic?

My doctor ran some blood tests and when he recieved the results it showed my blood sugar was only 46. He says im hypoglycemic but i have never been told this before. I have a really hard time gaining weight and i urinate often. I am also usually very tired all the time. Am constantly hungry even after i have just eaten. He gave me a meter to check my blood sugar and it hasnt been crazily abnormal. Am i hypoglycemic?

probably, 46 is very low. there have been fatalities at under 50. you need to make sure when it gets that low you have something with you to bring it up quickly like glucose tablets or soda or orangejuice. make sure when you eat that you don't just eat all carbs. if you do, your sugar level will spike high and then drop low very quickly. make sure you always eat something that's a protien when you eat things that are carbs. protiens tend to mellow out the affects of carbs.
