Silly question really. Lets say I wear a sweat suit in an attempt to slim down. And as I workout I get rid of water weight which is the first thing to lose before fat start to decrease? Now by the lack of water in your body. When u drink more water such as 8 glasses or more, do you regain that water weight back by some degree ???
Recommended Answer:
NO you do not regain the water weight. In fact water helps you lose weight. The water that you consume(drink) will keep you hydrated and help you burn more calories. So you will not regain the water weight hat you lose you will only stay hydrated and will be able to burn more calories whenever you workout.Other Answers:
- Drinking water regularly actually helps you to lose weight as it flushes out your system and your body uses energy to heat up the cold water. Water has zero calories to which is great! You wont hold on to it as water weight don't worry!
