How many inches off my legs can I lose by tomorrow if U exercise 3 hours today and eat less than 1500 calories?

Now before any of you start criticizing me, I know what I'm doing us bad but it's a one time thing and I'm not going to do it again! Anyway, I'm exercising on a type of step machine and moving my legs pretty consistently. I am going to be doing this by hour increments. Now for me, if I don't eat a lot or if I exercise an hour or so the previous day, then I can see the results in my legs the very next day, so just wondering how much I could lose for the first day of senior year<3 if I exercise this much and limit my calorie intake? 10 points! (17 year old female, 5'4, 115 lbs)

Sounds like you're already thin or in reasonably good shape. So you can either gain some muscle and see if that looks good or better, or your only other option is to head for a surgery clinic. The removal of the belly fat will likely not even be surgical anymore, but if you want some hip/butt pads, that will be.   • Cardio is the best way to lose belly fat. As for your bum and hips, try the stair climber at the gym or just the stairs in your house. I assume that your goal is a muscly bum and not a dumpy fat one so try the stairs! Smaller thighs give the appearance of curvier hips so the stairs will help that too.
  • Eat 500-1000 calories under maintenance. You can't lose fat in one particular place, you've got to lose it all over. However you can tone up your abs more by doing leg raises, reverse crunches, crunches etc along with around 30 minutes cardio per day. Also squats are a good way to tone your butt (glutes) and also your legs. Try to do a high volume of squats to tone.
  • Buy a stomach sweat band that helps a lot wear it by walking if and check out this website MyfitnessPal.com its free I lost 12 pounds so far I also eat special k with almond milk and lean cuisine I go to Planet Fitness(Gym) and i gave up on soda etc I drink Smart water and sometimes gatorade when im not in the mood to work out ..Hope that helps the secret is eating right and burning calories I burn 500 a day but u should start small and build your way up:) Oh and check out this book the flat belly diet.
