Now before any of you start criticizing me, I know what I'm doing us bad but it's a one time thing and I'm not going to do it again! Anyway, I'm exercising on a type of step machine and moving my legs pretty consistently. I am going to be doing this by hour increments. Now for me, if I don't eat a lot or if I exercise an hour or so the previous day, then I can see the results in my legs the very next day, so just wondering how much I could lose for the first day of senior year<3 if I exercise this much and limit my calorie intake? 10 points! How to Lose Weight With Shift Work
Recommended Answer:
Zero change in one day! Loosing weight and tonning up your muscles and body do take time... How long? An average of about 2 lbs a week if you stick with about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Best way is to watch what you eat and exercise every day or do some sort of physicalactivity. It's not a good idea to starve yourself just because you want to lose weight fast! Eat the right foods and exercise.Other Answers:
