How to lose at-least 1000 calories a day?

Before we even start, I am 14 and I am male so don't send me any adult like stuff pay for-programs.I sit down a lot on the computer and I want to know how to lose weight, and be on the computer. I weigh about 188 pounds. Is there any way to lose at-least 1/3 of a pound each day? I dont want to go to public gyms and use equipment, im talking about home stuff, no equipment, like push ups, sit ups, etc. Is there like a good program for that?If your going to send me a workout video send me something that doesn't need equipment like weights or so.Also here are some quick questions:Do sit ups, push ups, and planks do a lot for you?Also i dont want something that go's longer then 2 hours, and something that I have to do every 2 hours or so. I mean like i want to do like, computer all day, then work out and sleep, or work out, computer all day, and sleep. Im not up for computer, workout, computer, workout, etc.

Lol 1000 calories, r u serious ? People they go to the gym for 3 hours they lose only 500 so far.
