How to lose 25-30 pounds by Thanksgiving?

I'm 20 years old, female, 5'2'', around 160-ish pounds. I'd like to lose 25-30 pounds by Thanksgiving (12-13 weeks away), so that would mean losing around 2-2.5 pounds a week. I'm working on cleaning up my diet (still needs a lot of work, though. college food is killing me). I can afford to spend about 1.5 hours total at the gym each day, but probably split into 2 45-minute sessions, and my college offers some free Zumba classes during the week so I'll try to do those as well. Anyways, my question is: how exactly can I lose 25-30 pounds in such a short period of time? Like, exactly how many calories should I be eating per day? And how long should I be working out for/how many calories should I be burning? Any other weight loss tips would be greatly appreciated! thanks!BONUS: how many ounces of water should I be drinking each day?

If you consist of meat w no carbs on it and vegetables you should have no problem. I only ate various meats and some veggies for a month and lost about 25 pounds with NO EXERCISE . I had no more than 15 carbs a day and only drank water. Sometimes diet drinks for my sweettoth and sugarfree gelatin. I look way slimmer and im happy with my progress. Also the doctor said its not so healthy to do for more than 2 months. I jst went and he said im as healthy as can be i took a blood test. He was suprised how i did it and managed to stay healthy. MAN this is long lol sorry i hope this helps you. And i drank at least a gallon a day. Also try to stay away from sugar. Good luck!
