Does never eating junk food and eating it once make you gain weight faster? (5stars best answer)?

I haven't had fast food since June 14, but tonight I splurged and got a burger and fries, will I gain weight since my body isn't used to eating it? Thank you! 5 stars best answer!

If it comes it will go away in a couple of days, drink lots of water. And I should mention, it may help you lose weight. Cheat meals and calorie cycling are used by many to boost their metabolism. Eating a certain way for a while, the body will adjust to that and lose weight slower or stop losing all together. Shocking the body like that tends to help get you out of that rut. I used to do cheat meals once a week, it worked very well.

Im by no means anorexic nor do i want to be .. I love my kfc and mcds too much! AhaBut as a question we are taught by starving our metabolism slows and loosing weight becomes difficult. Also when we do eat after starving that our body converts it to fat storage straight awayIf this is the case why do anorexics and people who water/juice fast all see incredible weightloss in such a short period of time?Are they using up muscle tissue while maintaining fatty tissue? Once again i am NOT anorexic and i DO NOT want to lose weight. The science doesnt make sense.
