Help me with my diet?

Okay, so lately I've realized my weight has climbed the bit up the scale lately and I want to lose 5 to 10 pounds. I don't go on many diets because a majority of the diets that list specific foods to eat are not any good for me because I am the pickiest eater known the world.Let's assume I'm the pickiest eater in the world, here. The worst there is. I like plain foods - no sauces or dressings or seasonings. I don't like any type of condiments, either. As for fruits and vegetables I like oranges, apples, bananas, green beans, corn... The stereotypical bunch.What's the best diet you know of, or the best food plan to help me lose weight? Or, what's a 5 day plan for what I should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Thanks!I'm only 15 so I won't and can't pay for pills or diet groups or books.

I am 16 and I weight 230 pounds.... Is absolutely terrible. I was 236 and lost 20 pounds but then i gained it all back. I am always hungry. I always need something to eat and the longest I've been able to eat healthy is 1 month. Now i can't even do one day. I keep saying I will start tomorrow. I've tried everything, every motivation I could have and nothing. I really need to lose weight. I'm desperate. Please help me. How can I stop being hungry all the time and be strong? How can I lose weight fast? I don't need a lesson on health, I know all about the risks of being overweight, I just need help starting to lose weight and staying motivated.
