I am 13 5'4.I weigh 136 pounds (maybe more now) But not higher than 150.I'd like to lose 15 pounds. Then keep on going. But my goal is 15 pounds, I'm going to do 20 push ups, 2 miles walking, 15 minute jog,20 jumping jacks, and run up and down my hill 3 times, a day.I'm also going to eat, 6 small meals a day, like every 2 hours a carrot stick pack, or an apple. I'll drink 5 glasses of water a day to keep down the water weight. And no soda (once a month at the most) or candy. How long will this take to loose 15 pounds? I am really fat, like noticeably, I think I look more fat than what I actually weigh.
How to Lose Weight on a Tight Budget

We can't know how long it will take you to lose weight because we don't know your daily energy input or output. We can't know if you should lose weight because you didn't mention your percent body fat. What we can tell you is that you don't need to lose weight. You're only a little above your ideal weight range. See it here --> http://www.calculator.net/ideal-weight-calculator.html?ctype=standard&cage=13&csex=f&cheightfeet=5&cheightinch=4&cheightmeter=180&x=0&y=0 .The key to fat loss is not exercise, it's diet.Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet. Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn but you can't always burn as many as you take in.Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success. An average person must walk about five miles every day for a week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking about five miles a day (or doing an equivalent amount of exercise) with no guarantee of fat loss makes sense, focus your fat loss program on diet.Diet for fat loss. Exercise for fitness.
