Can I lose 10 pounds by the end of the month?

Hey im 5 foot 6 and a weigh 167 pounds I really want to tone up and look good for college im already eating healthy but ive actually gained weight since the start of the month what should I do?

  • You'll be cutting it REALLY close, I don't think it's entirely possible. But here are some tips: -Figure out how many calories you need a day. Consume that much, and don't go over your limit. Count your calories as accurately as possible.-Drink A LOT of water. Stay away from sugary drinks, especially soda and juices. -Cut sweets, salty foods, and heavily processed foods in your diet. Eat more veggies and fruits. -Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, spread out your meals - portion them in to 4 or 5 meals throughout the day. Don't skip breakfast. Eating this way keeps your metabolism going. When you eat too much, or space out your eating too long, your metabolism slows down. -Sleep better. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. -Manage your stress. Good mental health helps your overall physical health! -Something simple as 30mins of walking a day can significantly improve your health. Try to aim for at least 30mins of physical activity a day. Incorporating weight training helps a lot, too. You can try jump roping (they're cheap to buy), or you can buy weights from places like Walmart, that sells for really cheap.
