How can i lose weight if i dont eat veggies?

I want to lose weight and i know the first step is eating right. but i do not like veggies at all. not in a smoothie or any other form. does anyone have any real suggestions for what i can do? and possibly what the best types of food i could eat as well.

I do not have access to gyms, or equipment. I only have a sitting exercise bike in my home. Im turning 18, 5"4 and 165 pounds. I like a little meat on the bones for me. (I know ill never be super skinny. Plus I dont find it attractive)But I would like to lose ten to 15 pounds at least for health reasons. And I'd like to do it in a course of a month. I'm 14 also, and 5'5. I use to weigh exactly the same as you! I was 110 and starting eating 1200 calories a day and I got down to 105 after two weeks. I think you could do the same. I didn't quite eating what I liked, except for the sweets. I just cut my portion size in half. It may be hard at first cutting out the sweets, but you can do it!
