How much carbs and calories should i eat a day?

I'm 20 years old, weight 161, height 5'5. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds by November the 4. Is this possible to achieve?

Thats kind of alot of weight to loose in 4 months. But its possible with proper diet and excercise. Excercise is they key though! Cardio, like running will help you loose weight! You should be eating a diet high in fruits n veggies with protein. Probably 1200 calories a day. But Im not a dr, you should ask your dr.
