Whats the best diet and exercises i should do without a gym or equipment?

I really want to lose weight but I have nowhere to workout. what workouts can I do at home and what's a good diet? I heard cutting out all carbs was a great idea.(I live in a bad neighborhood so jogging outside not really a good idea) I'm 26 300lbs

Im a 23 year old male , im 5ft8 and weighed 180pounds at the start of my diet two weeks ago. Ive been eating 1000-1300 calories a day for the past two weeks, I used to eat ALOT of junk and takeaways. Now im eating veg and fruit with water and chicken and eggs for protein, I was 180 pounds at the start, sunday just gone I was 170 pounds when I weighed myself when I woke up, but then monday and today (tuesday) im 175 pounds. Now I did have a few beers on sunday and a bar and crisps as my treat day ( one day a week) . Why was I 170 pounds sat morning and 175 since. Thanks
