How am i suppose to eat 3000 calories a day!?

I'm 5'6 125 pounds, and i want to gain as much weight as possible over the next month. I'm planning to go to the gym three times a week, but i have no idea how to couple that with 3000 fu**in calories! I hear peanut butter a lot but the problem is i'm allergic to peanuts, so there goes an easy calorie dense option.What is a good way o get 3000 calories a day, on a budget?the 3000 calories also needs to include a **** load of protein, so i don't think pancakes would do.

No point eating a buttload of protein, your body is limited in how much you can utilize. Someone your size, I doubt you can make use of more than 100 - 150 grams if that much. Anything more just gets converted to blood sugar and then fat. You cannot just pile on more protein and expect it to become muscle mass, it won't.You are NOT going to gain much muscle mass in a short period of time if that's what you're planning. That takes a lot of time and everyone is genetically limited there anyway. If by "gaining weight" you mean you want to gain body fat, easy ... go with the pancakes for sure.
