I feel extreamly fat! i am muscular, but my belly will not go down! i weigh 148. I am doing p90x. but i cannot lose weight. here is my habit in eating. Cereal morning- eat a sandwich every day for lunch, eat tuna, beef, pork, etc. i eat moderate, but not heavy eating. I am mexican, could it be my genetics? i dont eat fried foods most of the time.
