How can I lose a little and build muscle fast?

Okay, so I'm 15 I'm not fat by any means I just have a little bit of stomach bulge I am about 135 lbs and about 5,5 I'm not sting though either I'm pretty scrawny and I would like to fix that by the time school starts for my freshman year in a couple weeks. Dose anyone know how I could bum the fat an build muscle to get atleast a toned look and to build the muscle still throughout the year.

  • Cardio lots and lots of cardio. Running, situps, jumping jacks. Basically anything that makes you move alot and sweat will help burn the fat. And to get some muscles do some weights that target your triceps and biceps (there are also cardio workouts thar target these areas as well) do some leg lifts or squats and for your stomach cardio is the best thing maybe add weights if you want and that'll help buil up your muscle and burn the fat.
