Are people fatter during puberty?

tbh, im not super fat or skinny. Im 126 lbs, 5 ft 6 and 14. Like a lot of people, I have some belly fat, a lot of waist fat and a little hip fat. As much as I try, I can't seem to loose the abdominal fat I wanna lose D:I don't eat any fast food or takeout (i eat egg sushi from time to time) and I hardly ever drink sodas or juice. I only drink water and sometimes drinkable yogurt. My diet is very well balanced in my opinion. I do snack a little everyday.I'm pretty active, I'm on a couple of sports teams and I go swimming everyday.I was pretty skinny a few years back, but now I look pretty fat. Post puberty, will i lose this weight and get some nice, non-chunky curves? sorry if i sound ridiculous....

How to Lose Weight Without Relying on Exercise

It is fact that during that time, people tend to add some fat in specific areas. But if you properly take care about the diet that you are taking, you should be able to control that. Moreover a regular exercise helps too.

  • Yep, that just means you're growing hips and a butt and a body! I got sort of fat-ish when I was maybe, 16-19. That was when I stopped caring about my diet though, so that probably had something to do with it. It'll probably wear off, I think I was around 125 pounds and i'm 5'4. I'm down to 110 now and I'm 21, so yeah. I think if you keep eating and exercising the way you are, it go away. Btw 126 is completely perfect for someone of your height!
