How do you lose weight quick on your butt?

I'm not allowed to go to the Gym as my mum won't let me (don't ask!). I go walking almost everyday, 3 miles. I've noticed my lower legs are starting to get thinner, and so is my tummy (not that i had a tum anyway!), but my butt is still the same size. I do not have any sports/gym equipment and i manage to eat healthy and drink enough water. My thighs are quite chubby aswell, and i really wish i had a thigh gap! Any ideas how i could achieve that at home? I look really dis proportioned from the side, because my butt is big, and sticks out quite a bit. Does anyone have any excersizes that i can do to lose some weight on my butt there? Also any food tips, like what i should cut out eating? Bear in mind i'm a 15 year old girl with strict parents please&be considerate. Thankyou:* x

As for your eating, I think it's fine if you just keep eating healthy. Now, exercises. Squats and lunges are the best for your butt, so definitely do a lot of that. It will start to show pretty soon. There is this really great workout called Brazil butt lift (look it up on this page: http://www.beachbody.com/?e=6b ). You can download it on torrents (or buy it). It's a workout program where you watch videos and follow them and you do it almost every day of the week. It really pays off and your butt will look great if you stick to it. But it's not easy, so only do it if you're really serious about this. Good luck!

  • You can't choose which spot you want to lose weight. In order to lose a big butt and thighs you're going to have to burn fat all over. Cardio is very important as it burns the fat off your body. Weight-training defines the muscles but if you have fat covering the muscles you won't be able to see them anyway. Start out doing cardio and weight-training at least 3 to 4 days a week and try to move up to 5 to 6 days.Check out Blogilates. She has a website and Youtube channel. All of her exercise videos can be done at home. She has cardio, strength-training, and H-I-I-T (high-intensity interval training) exercises, all based around pilates. She also has workout calenders which are amazing. Start out with the beginner's workout calender, it will really easy you into doing regular exercise. Once you're done with that you can move on to her monthly calenders, which have longer and more challenging videos.
