How do I lose 10-15 pounds by Halloween?

I really want to wear a dress for Halloween but I hate my legs and butt. I need some suggestions on diet, exercises, and other things I can do to lose weight. Is it possible to achieve a thigh gap by Halloween???? Any cheap heathy meals and snack ideas???? Also how do I say no to junk food and not crave food at night????

  • HCG DIET tbh it has helped my whole family lose so many pounds, women sometimes losing up t 6 ponds a week. Go google it, because it's a hard topic to explain, but works so well and efficiently.
  • Depends on your body. Its always a good idea to be healthy, but don't do it just for Halloween or anything like that. When you lose weight in a "cheap" and "fast" way you will gain it back and probably worse. And to give you a little tip, no thigh gap is actually quite sexy, it means you have more meat to grab on from ;) i wear killer dresses and i have big legs, just show off what you already have.   • I recommend the Paleo diet. The idea of the diet is that you eat whatever you could hunt or gather as a caveman (ie beef, chicken, eggs, vegetables, etc...) There are rules: no beans or legumes, no sugar, no wheat products, no rice, no cheese, no processed foods and no fast food. I recommend you do your research on the Paleo diet. Also, exercise at least 3x a week, and build up your stamina. Lift weights, you'll burn more calories than just jogging on the treadmill. I promise you won't get large. You basically eat small meals during the day multiple times, so you don't get hungry, but at the same time, since you're eating less and exercising, it's beneficial to helping you lose weight
