Okay, so lately I've realized my weight has climbed the bit up the scale lately and I want to lose 5 to 10 pounds. I don't go on many diets because a majority of the diets that list specific foods to eat are not any good for me because I am the pickiest eater known the world.Let's assume I'm the pickiest eater in the world, here. The worst there is. I like plain foods - no sauces or dressings or seasonings. I don't like any type of condiments, either. As for fruits and vegetables I like oranges, apples, bananas, green beans, corn... The stereotypical bunch.What's the best diet you know of, or the best food plan to help me lose weight?
