Can somebody explain this to me? help!?

I weigh 178 and is 5'4, my parents think it's digusting that I have a pearbody, my mom says I should have a hourglass body. When I was fit my weight was 146 and I was 34-29-40, then when I weighed 165 I was 37-34-41 now I'm overweight I am 40-36-43. When I was fit I was somewhere between hourglass/pearbody like, I was curvy but my hips were so wide, my butt too, and very thick thighs. Now I'm just a pearbody. I was wondering if it's possible for a hourglass to turn into a pearbody. Also I've always been a little on the large side, thick bones, and broad shoulders.Do you have any advice?Besides losing weight?

YOU DONT SAY HOW OLD YOU ARE, you are very over weight and out of shape. even if you are a BIG hour glass, your still way to heavy.I you are wrong, this is not about being big boned. this is about eating too much. your should be at about 115, 130, if you were just pleasantly plump.but your not, you are obese. Im sorry to say that to you.it hurts, i know. you sound like you care, but you are not being honest with yourself. fit is not 146 lbs at 5ft 4 in. that is at least 25 lbs over. you may have been more tone had more muscle, and younger, but you still were not at a healthy weight. every year you have gained about 5 lbs, in 5 more years you are going to be over 200 lbs, then 225, then 250. this is ONLY and I MEAN ONLY about eating portions that are to big. if you would read the nutrition label, on the food you eat, its on the back or the side, it will tell you HOW BIG a portion/serving, is, how MANY portions r in a container, and how many calories in portion or a serving teach yourself about calories, and portions.This is SO easy to find on line, you can even get a phone app. even for eating out. just cuz they give you a big serving, you dont gave to finish it. 1 apple is 80-100 calories, its good and fresh.. 1 table spoon of 1 LEVEL tablespoon of peanut butter is 100 calories. which one is going to keep you full longer, and have less fat in it. this is about bad food choices, or lazy , or a combo. your mom needs to get off your back, but you need to get honest with yourself and only yourself, what your really doing. yes some girls do have a bigger bottom, you are past the big stage honey. this can be fixed. you can transform your body. i want you to put on a small back pack, put in a 20 lbs bag of something, flour sugar, cat food, what ever, and walk around with that for about 15 minutes. THAT is what you are doing to your body. but you are carrying around close to 3 times that in extra weight. see how good it felt when you took it off? that is how your body will feel, when you start knocking off that extra weight. plus you will lose it fast at first. if you keep your cal intake for now, at 1500 a day you will lose about 25 lbs in 3 weeks. but you cant cheat. after that, you will need to either cut your cals down to 1000 or start walking 3- miles in 1 hour everyday. if you cant walk out side , then dance or walk in place during your fav 1 hour tv show, rest during commercials. start slow, but keep going, dont give up, just steping side to side, back and forth, will burn calories!!! you may be sore at first, but youve not hurt anything, your just not used to it/ quit drinking juice and pop, they are wasted cals. if you only get 1500 a day, you want to get full off them right? juice is just pure sugar, there is NO nutrional value, your better off eating the whole fruit instead. you will get full. no cheese either, or measure it out. 1 slice of the crappy stuff, is 100 cals, 1 inch cube 100 cals. read your labels. you could change your life, by november!!!!!!! 40 pounds off you, woudl shut everyone up, and if it doesnt, it doesnt matter, YOU have chosen health. dont do this to please your mom do it cuz its the right thing to do, and you dont deserve to be miserable. if you got down to 125, your waist would be SO tiny each 10 lbs puts 3-4 inches on your boobs, your waist,and your hips have only gained 3 inches from 146 to 178 lbs. look at your numbers. this is about your belly, your low belly, your ab area too.. i teach people how to lose weight. you can do this. you have enough info. dont tell anyone what you are doing, when you do that, you give away your power. keep it to yourself, they will see it soon enough. if they dont comment on it, dont worry, just keep going. this is about you, and your life, and the right to a good happy life. I have people send me their food intake for 1 week and then modify that for them to a reasonable caloric intake.the rest is up to you, I do further work with my patients, but this is where it starts, YOU can do alot with the info i just gave you for free! please do what i said, and you will see amazing things happen to you. it will take about 2 weeks for all the junk youve been eating to catch up with you on the scale, so that first 2 weeks, you may just hold your weight, but you wont gain, then the 3rd week, if you do what i said, it will melt off you, and you wont be starving.a person of normal weight eats about 1200-1500 calories every day.YOU are eating about 2500 and not moving your body. that is ALL that is happening. your not big boned, its not your glands, its not a disease, its not hereditary in your family. you are just eating more cals that your body can burn in a day, when you do that, it turns to extra weight.
