How can i lose 10 pounds in a few days?

I am 15 pounds overweight and i get made fun of alot fr my weight.. I go back to school in 3 days. And i really need to loae this weight.. So how can i lose this weight in atleast a week or two? I am going to slow down my eating to 200 calories each day, or each meal, so what should i do to loose this weight??!!
